Mr. Saurabh Sharma, Advocate, for the petitioner Mr. Munish Sharma, AAG, Haryana, for the respondent Fateh Deep Singh, J. (Oral) On the asking of the State counsel, Mr. Saurabh Sharma, Advocate for the petitioner has supplied to the State counsel the original of agreement dated 7.12.2015 executed between the owner of the truck and driver Ashfaq which the State counsel has handed over to the Investigating Officer SI Gulab Singh, on whose instructions, the learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigation and nothing is to be recovered from him and that he has no objection if the interim order is made absolute. In the light of the statement made by learned State counsel, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 12.12.2016 is made absolute till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. (challan). Thereafter, petitioner will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
