By virtue of order dated 05.08.2020, the petitioner was allowed to deposit the balance amount of Rs.9 lacs, which could not be deposited in time due to pandemic situation. The court has been apprised today that the said amount has been deposited.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has apprised the court today that exact amount of Rs.8,97,500/- has been deposited. This statement is not controverted by the counsel appearing for the bank. Under the circumstances, we feel that no further adjudicating of the matter is necessary.
