Prayer in the present Criminal Revision Petition is for setting aside the order dated 03.03.2022, passed by the Family Court, Amritsar, awarding Rs.10,000/- per month as interim maintenance to the petitioner in an application for maintenance filed under Section 125 Cr.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner informs that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the main case has already been decided by the trial Court.

In view of the above, the present Criminal Revision Petition stands disposed of as having become infructuous.
