**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner herein contends that pursuant to the order dated 09.03.2018 the petitioner has appeared before the trial Court and has furnished his bail bonds and is regularly attending the trial.
