This is a petition praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for setting-aside notice dated 27.06.2018, Annexure P-3 issued by District Town Planner, Jind.

As advance copy has been supplied to State counsel (Mr. Ankur Mittal, Addl. A.G. Haryana.) we intend to seek his assistance. At the outset, Mr. Mittal, submits that notification dated 22.09.2020 has issued constituting the Tribunal. He further submits that same shall be made functional immediately. Petitioner is, thus, at liberty to impugn the notice dated 27.06.2018 before the said Tribunal.

In view of above, no further adjudication of the matter is required. Disposed off.
