BHARDWAJ, J (ORAL) Seeking appropriate directions to official respondents to decide the representation dated 13.03.2026 submitted by the petitioner with a further prayer to direct fair and impartial investigation in case bearing FIR No.165 dated 04.09.2020, registered under Sections 323, 341 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (corresponding Sections 115, 126 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023) at Police Station Sarabha Nagar, Ludhiana, the instant petition has been filed.

Counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition at this stage so as to take recourse to the alternative remedies, if any, available to the petitioner, if so advised, in accordance with law.
