(Oral) Today, at the very outset, learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file separate petition for quashing of FIR on the basis of compromise and also another petition for setting aside of order vide which he has been declared a proclaimed person.

In view of the aforesaid request, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file separate petitions as stated above.
