(Oral) By filing the instant revision-petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner-plaintiff has assailed the order dated 27.02.2024 (Annexure P-4), passed by learned Additional District Judge, Sangrur (for short 'the First Appellate Court') in Civil Appeal No.75 of 2024 titled as "Shehnaz Begum Versus Mohd. Shahid and others", whereby the notice qua the appeal and also the application (Annexure P-3), as moved by her under Order 41 Rule 5 CPC, has been ordered to be issued to the respondents-defendants, while observing that at that stage, no ground for granting the relief of interim injunction, was made out. 2.

However, at the time of assisting the Court, at the preliminary stage, in the present revision-petition, learned counsel for the petitionerplaintiff restricts his prayer to the issuance of direction to the First YAG DUTT 2024.05.09 10:46 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CR No.2774 of 2024 -2Appellate Court to decide the above-mentioned application on merits, at the earliest possible.

Keeping in view the afore-discussed limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner-plaintiff and without commenting or expressing any opinion on the merits of the above-referred appeal as well as the application (Annexure P-3), the revision-petition in hand is, hereby, disposed of with a direction to the concerned First Appellate Court to decide the application under reference, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
