Resultantly, FIR No.142 dated 30.09.2015 (Annexure P-1), under Sections 406 and 420 of the IPC, registered at P.S. Passiana, District Patiala, along with all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom, is hereby quashed on the basis of Compromise Deed dated 24.04.2024 (Annexure P2), subject to costs of Rs.5,000/- being forthwith deposited by the petitioners in the District Legal Services Authority concerned.
