Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in a complaint case under Section 3(1)(X) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities)Act,1989.

It is contended that the petitioner while working as Joint Director,Industries had initiated an FIR against respondent no.2complainant, and as a counter blast the aforesaid false allegations were levelled which were investigated by the police and petitioner was found innocent. It is submitted that the petitioner is ready and willing to face trial.

Notice of motion was issued.
