(Oral) Prayer in this petition, filed under Section 438, Cr.P.C., is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, Daljit Kumar @ Happy, son of Jodh Raj, resident of Village and Post Office, Jallowal, Police Station, Kartarpur, District Jalandhar, who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Section 15 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, and Section 120-B, IPC, in a case arising out of FIR No. 156, dated 17.11.2015, registered at Police Station, PRASHANT KAPOOR 2016.02.15 14:09 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

Learned counsel for the State on instructions from ASI Vipin Kumar of CIA Staff, Jalandhar, submits that in compliance of the interim directions issued by this Court vide order dated 5.1.2016, the petitioner did join the investigation and is no more required for further investigation.
After hearing learned counsel for the parties and perusing the material available on record, the present petition is allowed. The interim directions issued vide order dated 5.1.2016, are made absolute.
