This is a petition under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for violation of the order dated 22.12.2023 passed in CWP-29289-2023. 2.

A copy of order dated 26.05.2025 passed in compliance of the order dated 22.12.2023 has been filed by learned State counsel, which is taken on record. Registry to scan the same and tag at the appropriate place. A copy thereof has been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
