(ORAL) Learned counsel appearing for the contemnors submits that in compliance of the order under contempt, an administrative order dated 28.08.2020 has been passed and the alleged contempt has been purged. She submits that an unconditional apology has also been tendered by the contemnors.

Seemingly, it is not a case of wilful disobedience and inadvertent delay took place owing to the decision making process by the competent administrative authority.
