Sessions Judge, Karnal in Criminal Revision No.40 of 2024 dated 04.04.2024 under Section 397 Cr.P.C. titled as Rohit Sheoran vs. Rekha Dahiya and others, whereby order dated 27.03.2024 passed by ACJM, Karnal in CRM-552-2024 dated 18.03.2024 (now COMI No.189/2024 under Section 155(2) Cr.P.C. titled as Rohit Sheoran vs. Rekha Dahiya and others has been set aside and a direction has been issued to SHO Sadar Karnal to register FIR against the petitioners under Sections 323, 120B, 34 IPC and Section 75 of Juvenile Justice Act, and all subsequent SANGEETA 2024.09.10 17:53 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-22690-2024 proceedings arising pursuant to the order dated 19.04.2024 being totally wrong, illegal, arbitrary and against the mandatory provisions of law.
