***** SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.14 dated 23.01.2025 under Sections 15(c) and 29 (added later on) of NDPS Act registered at Police Station Sadar Faridkot, District Faridkot. 2.
This Court vide order dated 29.04.2025, while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 29.04.2025, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 4.
Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for further interrogation. 5.
In view of the above, the order dated 29.04.2025 is made absolute.
