******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) This is petition filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure (for short, 'Cr.P.C.') seeking quashing of Complaint No. 159 dated 24.09.2014 titled "Bhajan Singh vs. Dalip Puri and another" filed by respondent no. 1 under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, as well as orders dated 09.11.2015 and 27.10.2017 along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom. Heard.

Learned counsel for respondent no. 1 submits that he has instructions to submit that respondent no.1 will withdraw the complainant filed by him against the present petitioner and will avail other legal remedy available to him under the law against him.
