The petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 401 dated 04.07.2020, registered under Section 406 IPC, Police Station City Sirsa.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to order dated 04.08.2020, the petitioner has joined the investigation and has fully cooperated in the same.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Deepak Kumar, has not controverted the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation. He submits that, per his instructions, custodial interrogation of the petitioner is no more required.

In view of the above, since custodial interrogation of the petitioner is no more required and he has already joined the investigation SONU 2020.09.11 02:34 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

and cooperated with the investigating officer, the petition is allowed. Order dated 04.08.2020 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the petitioner's complying with provisions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
