**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J(ORAL) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 288 dated 19.6.2016 registered at Police Station Pehowa, District Kurukshetra under Sections 506 IPC and Section 10, 12 of the POCSO Act. Petitioner is in custody since 20.7.2016. The complainant and the prosecutrix have been examined. The FIR was registered after the delay of four days. The allegations against the petitioner are under Section 10 and 12 of the POCSO Act.

Without commenting anything on the merits of the case and considering the fact that the trial will take time to conclude, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing local surety and adequate bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate with the condition that the petitioner would not leave the country till the trial is over. The petitioner would also place on record copy of his passport before the trial Court.
