Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondent No.2 to look into the request of petitioner dated 27.9.2017 and respondent No.3 be directed to serve an advance notice upon the petitioner as provided under Section 160 Cr.P.C.. Contention is raised by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is being harassed repeatedly by calling to the police station, though no case has been registered against him by now. Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners and perusal of record, respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Amritsar (Rural), is directed to look into the representation dated 27.9.2017 (Annexure P1) and take required action, if any, as per law. With the aforesaid observations made and directions issued, the present petition stands disposed of.
