**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J(ORAL) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 31 dated 9.5.2016 registered at Police Station Women Bhiwani under Sections 376, 450, 506 IPC.

Petitioner is in custody since 16.5.2016. The incident is stated to have occurred on 8.5.2016. The report was lodged after 24 hours. The medical was got done on the 10th of May 2016. The prosecutrix has been examined. The prosecution has examined 13 witnesses out of 15 witnesses. The FSL report has not come yet. The DNA report is also awaited. It will take time for disposal of the case.
