The petitioners have got married against the wishes of their parents. They are stated to be major. Petitioner No.1 in support of her age proof, has placed on record photocopy of her Aadhar Card(Annexure P-1) which depicts her date of birth as 11.10.1994. Petitioner No.2 in support of his age proof has also placed on record photocopy of his Aadhar Card (Annexure P-2) which shows his date of birth as 01.08.1990. They have already moved a representation before the Superintendent of Police, Kurukshetra for protecting their life and liberty.
