Sessions Judge, Fatehabad vide which the order of sentence dated 01.12.2008 passed by learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Fatehabad was set aside, and respondents No.2 and 3 were ordered to be released on probation.

Despite, the case having been called twice, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner today. It appears that neither the petitioner nor his counsel is interested in pursuing the present petition.
