-- ANITA CHAUDHRY , J(ORAL) The prayer made by the petitioner in the instant petition is for issuance of directions to official respondents to conduct fair and proper investigation in FIR No. 113 dated 05.10.2015, registered under Section 302 read with Section 34 IPC at Police Station Sadar Faridkot. Learned counsel submits that representation, Annexure P-2 was made by the petitioner on 30.11.2015 and the same is lying unheard. He further submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if respondent no.2 is directed to decide her representation, Annexure P-2. Without commenting on the allegations made in the petition, the same is disposed of at this stage with a direction to respondent no.2 to consider the representation, Annexure P-2, and decide the same at his own level, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
