(Oral) Counsel for the respondent submits that the petitioner has already availed the alternative remedy of execution, which is pending before the Additional District Judge, Chandigarh, wherein the matter was reffered to the Counselling Centre, however, the petitioner has not appeared.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous as the petitioner is already availing the alternative remedy before the trial Court. Disposed of.
