Mr. Kartik Gupta, Advocate, for respondent No.2. PARAMJEET SINGH, J. (ORAL) Respondent No.2 has filed CM No.15053 of 2014 for disposal of the writ petition in view of the compromise/settlement arrived at between the parties (Annexure A-1).

Learned counsel for the petitioners state that the factum of compromise mentioned in the application filed by respondent No.2 is correct. Parties have effected compromise as this was a family dispute and matter has also been decided by the civil Court. Thus, present writ petition has become infructuous.

In view of above, CM No.15053 of 2014 is allowed and writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
