The petitioner has preferred this writ petition for the issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of certiorari, quashing the impugned show cause notice dated 04.10.2022 issued by the respondent No.1.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against the aforesaid show cause notice dated 04.10.2022, the petitioner has already sent his reply-cum-representation on 01.12.2022 and at this stage, the petitioner would be satisfied in case his reply-cum-representation is ordered to be decided in MOHMED ATIK 2023.05.10 18:12 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

Learned counsel for the respondent No.1 submits that the reply-cum-representation filed by the petitioner on 01.12.2022 shall be considered and decided in accordance with law preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
