Petitioner has filed this second petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.233 dated 23.07.2016 under Sections 419, 420, 406, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Tripuri, Patiala.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the record.

From the record, I find that earlier, present petitioner has filed the petition for anticipatory bail which was decided by this Court on 13.12.2016. As per the order dated 24.08.2016 passed by this Court in the earlier petition, the petitioner was granted interim relief with the direction to join investigating but she did not join the investigation. Even, one more opportunity was granted but again she failed to comply with the order and VINEET GULATI 2018.10.12 15:40 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

CRM No.M-44204 of 2018 -2that petition was dismissed. Now, again, this second petition has been filed by the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail. The perusal of the record shows that petitioner is one of the main accused, whose son Aman Singh, forged General of Power of Attorney by impersonation and sold the land to one Smt.Ravina. During enquiry, it has been found that present petitioner was known to Ravina and she had already taken `4 lakhs from Ravina.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case and in view of the serious allegations against the petitioner, I do not find it a fit case where petitioner is entitled to benefit of anticipatory bail. Therefore, finding no merit in the present petition, the same is dismissed.
