Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from SI Surjit Singh, Police Station, Division No.7, District Jalandhar, submits that in consonance of the order 18.12.2014 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation and the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required. In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 18.12.2014 passed by this Court is made absolute.
The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions laid down under Section 438(2), Cr.P.C.
