RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of complaint No.NACT-8562-2021 instituted on 16.11.2021, under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act before Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Chandigarh, alongwith all subsequent proceedings including Order dated 22.11.2022, wherein the petitioner has been summoned to face trial.

Learned senior counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of present petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the revisional Court.

Allowed as prayed for.
