(ORAL) Mr. Prem Kumar-respondent is present in person and expresses regret over the contents of communication dated 27th of January, 2010 which was a reply submitted by him to the Show Cause/Legal Notice dated 18th of January, 2010 served on the instructions of the petitioner. He submits that he stands by his apology tendered earlier. Mr. Lakhbir Singh Bedi-petitioner has very graciously accepted the same.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed off as having been rendered infructuous. However liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive the present petition in case such eventuality arises. The Court is quite sanguine that both the parties having served the Indian Armed Forces would conduct themselves in a more and better manner that promotes harmony.
