I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned State counsel and have gone through the record. From the record, I find that the petitioner is stated to be armed HARPAL SINGH PARMAR 2018.11.01 16:05 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

Cr. Misc. No.M-44224 of 2018 [2] with a `Datar'. He caused two injuries on the head of Amrik Singh father of the complainant from the blunt side. Injury No.2 on the head is attributed to him, which is a grievous injury.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case and the fact that the petitioner was armed with a deadly weapon and caused grievous injury on the vital part of the body of Amrik Singh, I do not find it a fit case where the petitioner is entitled for the grant of anticipatory bail. Therefore, finding no merit in this petition, the same is dismissed.
