(ORAL) Prayer in this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing FIR No. 151 dated 14.03.2023 registered under Sections 354, 354-A, 406 and 498-A of IPC at Police Station Ambala City, Ambala and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on merits. After arguing for sometime, when this Court is not inclined to grant the prayer made, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take recourse to the appropriate remedy as per law. Permitted to do so with liberty aforesaid.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
