(Presence marked through video conference) ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petitioners herein, inter alia, seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the final result dated 17.05.2021 announced by respondent, in respect of advertisement No.05/2019 for the posts of Clerk Group-C in various departments.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to the above said advertisement, the petitioners, being eligible, applied for the post of Clerk under general category. They were issued Admit Cards followed by their written examination held on 21.09.2019. They secured more marks than the cut-off marks i.e. 68. And yet, their names are missing from the final result list declared on 17.05.2021. In the premise, they submitted a representation dated 14.06.2021 (Annexure P-9) but to no avail. Hence, the instant petition.

Learned State counsel joins proceedings on advance service and accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State of Haryana.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that let a final decision is taken, either way, by the respondents on the pending representation dated 14.06.2021 (Annexure P-9). 6.

Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to seek return by any of the respondents as no further proceedings and/or pleadings are required.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to look into the grievance of the petitioners as per representation dated 14.06.2021 (Annexure P-9) and also by keeping in view the contentions raised in the present petition by treating the same as supplementary representation and take a decision, in accordance with law.

Let the needful be done within a period of thirty days from today. 9.

Disposed of accordingly.
