SANDHAWALIA, J.(Oral) By filing the present civil writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks quashing of the impugned action by which vacant post of PGT History has been shown for the regular PGT Lecturers. The ground is taken that petitioner is already working as Guest Lecturer on the said post and therefore, the vacancy has been shown in the Teachers' Transfer Policy is not justified as it is not disputed that the petitioner is working on the said post.

After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition.
