(ORAL) At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition while submitting that the petitioner intends to avail the alternative efficacious legal remedy, if any, permissible to him to seek redressal of his grievance as canvassed in this petition.
Mr. Anil Kumar Lamdaria, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, UT, Chandigarh, has joined the proceedings in pursuance of the copy of this petition having been sent to the respondent-UT, in advance.
