-.- KARAMJIT SINGH , J. (Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case having FIR No.45 dated 8.3.2022 registered under Sections 323, 324, 307, 34 IPC at Police Station Sarabha Nagar, District Ludhiana.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined investigation with the police by virtue of previous order dated 30.05.2022 passed by this Court and that co-accused Dharminder has also been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 23.9.2022. ( 2 ) CRM-M-24271-2022 State counsel on instructions from ASI Subhash Raj has not refuted the aforesaid assertions made by counsel for the petitioner and further submits that the recovery has already been made in the present case and the petitioner who has associated with the investigation is not required by police for further investigation or for custodial interrogation. In view of the above as the recovery has already been effected in the present case, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is hereby allowed and order dated 30.5.2022 is hereby made absolute. The petitioner should abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
