Learned counsel for the petitioner submit that the petitioner is behind bars for the last more than three years and hence the petitioner be granted concession of bail. 3.

Learned State counsel submits that apart from merits, out of the total 17 witnesses 16 have already been examined. The next date of hearing before the trial court is 20.05.2024 and the time frame has already been fixed for the conclusion of the trial which is to be done by 30.06.2024.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the statement of the learned State counsel, the present petition may kindly be disposed of as having been not pressed.
