R.P. Nagrath, J. (Oral) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking direction to respondents no. 4 to 6, not to harass the petitioner without any rhyme and reason.
In deference to order dated 30.03.2015, Mr. Harmik Singh Deol, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Gidderbaha, Sri Muktsar Sahib is present in person.
Learned State counsel submits that as per reply filed by the State neither any case has been registered against the petitioner nor any application/complaint is pending against him, nor he is required by the police.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of official who is harassing the petitioner is Om Parkash and the name of Suresh Kumar has been inadvertently mentioned as respondent no. 4.

CRM-M-43376 2014 (O&M) -2Learned State counsel on instructions submits that Superintendent of Police (D) is Incharge of the Narcotic Cell of the district. It is directed that in case the petitioner files any fresh representation to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Sri Muktsar Sahib, he would look into the same and take appropriate steps, if required, in accordance with law.
