(Oral) This petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is for issuance of direction to respondent Nos. 2 & 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and for providing security to the petitioner and further restrain respondent No. 4 and 5 not to harass and humiliate the petitioner. On notice, a reply dated 29.03.2016 has been filed by the State stating therein that as per record, no representation has been filed by the petitioner till date either in the office of DCP West Gurgaon or Commissioner of Police, Gurgaon.
Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Shastar has informed the Court that petitoner has telephonic informed the police that compromise has been effected between the parties and complainant does not want to pursue the case further.
In view of the reply and in view of statement given by the Investigating Officer, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.
The petition is disposed of.
