(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of a direction to respondents No. 2 and 3 to decide the representation Annexure P-3 moved by the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that M/s Keshav Oil and Cotton Ginning Industries Private Limited, filed a Civil Suit No. 1 of 2014 on 25.2.2014 which is pending before the learned Additional District Judge, Hisar. That suit was filed for permanent and mandatory injunction with a prayer to restrain defendant (petitioner herein) from passing of the trade mark and trade name of the plaintiff-company and the application under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure (CPC) for grant of temporary injunction filed by the plaintiff-M/s Keshav Oil and Cotton Ginning Industries Private RISHU KATARIA 2015.03.16 13:55 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

Response to the instant petition filed by the respondents was that action is not being initiated due to pendency of above-stated civil suit.
In view of the limited prayer made in the instant petition, the instant petition is disposed to with a direction to the respondents to look into the allegations contained in representation Annexure P-3 already moved by the petitioner and if warranted, take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
