Learned State counsel faced with the fact that the investigation is going on in the 1st FIR against the petitioners, on the same set of allegations, after the revision filed by the State was allowed by the Court of Sessions and remanding it to the trial Court, which had ordered further investigation and the same is still going on, having received instructions from Inspector Rajinder Singh, Vigilance Unit, Moga submits that the cancellation in the present FIR shall be submitted and the additional accused herein, shall be arraigned as accused in that case.
