(ORAL) Prayer in this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and his family members at the hands of respondents No.4 and 5. And further to transfer the investigation to some independent agency.

Learned State counsel contends that investigation in FIR No.46 dated 27.09.2018, under Section 22 of the NDPS Act, 1985, has been transferred to Mr. Kunwar Partap Singh, Inspector General of Police (Crime).

Present investigating officer is directed to hand over the papers of this case to Mr. Kunwar Partap Singh, Inspector General of Police (Crime), who would conclude the investigation in reasonable time. Disposed of.
