It is averred that proper investigations have not been conducted in cross version and a cancellation report is alleged to have been prepared, however, not yet submitted.

It is not disputed that after submission of cancellation report,if any,due notice would be issued to person lodging cross version and also would have an opportunity to protest against the same. After arguing for sometime,learned counsel prays for permission to withdraw the present petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
