(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to the petitioner to seek the relief, as claimed in this petition, by moving an application before the competent authority and he also requests that the said authority be directed to decide the application, intended to be moved by the petitioner, within some specific time-frame.

Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed for having been withdrawn with the observation that the petitioner would be at liberty to avail the appropriate and efficacious legal remedy, if any, permissible to him.
