RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing FIR No.201 dated 06.08.2011 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 465, 467, 468, 471, 420 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Division No.5, Civil Line, Ludhiana City, on the basis of compromise dated 25.10.2017 (Annexure P-2) Pursuant to the order dated 17.11.2017 of this Court, the parties appeared before the trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate on 01.12.2017 to get their statements recorded. Learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ludhiana, has submitted his report vide letter bearing No.393 dated 06.12.2017 duly forwarded by learned District and Sessions Judge, Ludhiana vide letter No.2174/EC dated 07.12.2017.

According to the report, learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class is satisfied that the parties entered into compromise with their free consent and voluntarily without any pressure or coercion or undue influence. -2CRM-M-43332 of 2017 dated 06.12.2017 and the fact that the compromise will bring harmony in relations between the parties, FIR No.201 dated 06.08.2011 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 465, 467, 468, 471, 420 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Division No.5, Civil Line, Ludhiana City, is hereby quashed, subject to costs of ` 10,000/- to be deposited with the Punjab State Legal Services Authority.

Petition is disposed of accordingly.
