(Oral) This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No.96 dated 08.10.2017 under Sections 457, 380, 381 and 411 IPC at Police Station Cantt. District Bathinda. Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated November 15, 2017, petitioner has joined investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated November 15, 2017, is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
