(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for issuance of directions to the Investigating Officer to complete the investigation in case FIR No.111 dated 07.08.2016 registered under Sections 447 IPC and 13-A of the Punjab Village Common Lands (Regulation) Act, 1961 at Police Station Gharinda, Amritsar Rural, within stipulated time frame as the accused is a police officer.
