This petition has been filed for directions to the Executing Court to take steps for recovery of the maintenance expeditiously. Heard.

The execution petition has been filed for recovery of the maintenance amount. It has been pleaded that objections have been filed by respondent and the case is being adjourned and directions be issued to the Court below to take effective steps for recovery of the pending dues.
