(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing order dated 19.01.2015 of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Chandigarh, whereby petitioner has been declared proclaimed person in case FIR No.16 dated 21.01.2010 registered under Section 420 IPC and Section 24 of the Immigration Act pertaining to Police Station Sector 31, Chandigarh. Learned counsel for U.T., Chandigarh, on instructions from S.I. Krishan Dev Singh, submits that in compliance of order dated 09.12.2016 petitioner has appeared before the trial Court and is facing trial. Therefore, this petition has rendered infructuous.
