Ms. Manjeet Kaur, Advocate, for the petitioner. **** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the accused persons in connivance with each other were black mailing the petitioner and abducted her with the intention to physically exploit her and kept her forcibly in their custody from 06.09.2016 to 24.09.2016 and committed rape with her against her consent. They have also prepared the video regarding the said act and threatened her to place the same on the internet. By doing so, they have exploited the life of the complainant. In this regard, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 29.10.2016 (Annexure P-2) to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Pathankot (respondent No.3) but till date no action has been taken against the accused persons. In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Pathankot (respondent No.3), to look into the representation dated 29.10.2016 (Annexure P-2), filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law.
